Az alapkezelők esetében a befizetések fizikailag mindig egy elkülönült pénzügyi intézményben, a letétkezelőnél kerülnek elhelyezésre. Ezért kiemelten fontos a letétkezelő partnert körültekintéssel megválasztani. Az Axiom Alapkezelő Zrt. letétkezelő és számlavezető partnerei a Magyarországon működő legnagyobb, legstabilabb bankok – Raiffeisen Bank Zrt., MKB Bank Nyrt., Magyar Takarékszövetkezeti Bank Zrt., OTP Bank Nyrt. Bár egyéni számlavezetésre az Axiom Alapkezelőnél is lesz lehetőség, azon ügyfelek részére, akik egyéb banki szolgáltatást is igénybe kívánnak venni, célszerű egy banknál is értékpapírszámlát nyitni, mivel az Axiom által kezelt alapok befektetési jegyei azon is elhelyezhetők.

A befektetések pénzügyi elszámolása a letétkezelő pénzintézet feladata. Az Axiomnál vezetett számlák esetében az Axiom által rendszeresen megküldött számlakivonaton szerepel majd a befektetés aktuális értéke. A banknál vezetett értékpapír számlán elhelyezett befektetési jegy esetén a normál banki kimutatásokban fog megjelenni a befektetés. A befektetési alapok árfolyamának nyomon követése a www.axiomfunds.net vagy www.bamosz.hu internetes oldalakon naprakészen lehetséges.

Az Axiom Alapkezelő által kezelt befektetési alapok vétele és eladása a piacon megszokott módon és határidőkkel történik. Mind a vétel, mind pedig az eladás esetében a befektetőnek kell kezdeményezni a tranzakciót. Vétel esetén a befektetési jegy, eladás esetén annak ellenértéke T+5 nappal jelenik meg az ügyfél számláján. Mivel az átlagostól eltérő befektetési stratégiát folytatunk, így a befektetést hosszabb távra ajánljuk. Ezért – igazodva a piaci sztenderdekhez – amennyiben a befektetési jegy megvásárlása és eladása között nem telik el egy év, úgy az Axiom Alapkezelő Zrt. is felszámítja a normál visszaváltási jutalékon
